Olive Oil Soap Story

Olive Oil Soap Story

FON_5191

This month I’m featuring my Olive Oil soap. I’m embarrassed to admit that I had been making soap many years before I made a batch. I was put off by the fact that a pure olive oil soap (Castile soap) has a very low lather, meaning there are almost no bubbles. Many people (incorrectly) assume the more bubbles, the more cleaning power in the soap. I found, once I started making and using the soap, it has a very creamy texture and I love it, especially for my face. When I am asked to recommend a soap for a baby, this is my go-to soap. Have you ever used a Castile soap? What do you think of it?

Yours in Gratitude,

Angela
