We Drove 6 Hours in Each Direction for This Picture

We drove 6 hours in each direction for this picture this weekend.  My son and daughter-in-law decided to take a trip and along the way stop and visit my daughter and son-in-law in Virginia. My grandsons rarely get the chance to be together and we wanted to be there to see it. Luckily, no one minded that we invited ourselves. I have no words this week, just pictures and so much gratitude for my family.

What are you grateful for this week?

Yours in Gratitude,

Angela

Emy I do! We would have driven more than that to see them together for less time. At one point, the kids were upstairs talking in the kitchen and we had both Luke and Brian in the playroom for over an hour. And the kids were thanking us that we watched them! Love those boys!

Lovely photos, it’s worthy getting together, no matter how many hours it takes. I always feel kind of renovated and re-energized every time I meet my family 🙂

I agree Paloma. Being with family seems to boost my mood too.

6 hours is so long but I am happy that you are able to see your family. I love these pictures, always a warm post.

Thanks you Sharon! I wish they lived closer, but I’m grateful it’s only a drive away.
